How does Trump Eight handle refunds and returns?
Trump Eight is an online store, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you order a wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product. We do not have inventory space to keep your unwanted items.
Once your order has been confirmed it is sent for production to our Print Provider and we can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If your shipment details are incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Trump Eight is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering and confirming the correct information before completing order.
However, we do offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, such as a manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
In the event a replacement order is agreed and arranged, there maybe no need to send the original order back to us, however, this is something we will confirm with you first.
If issues that are acceptable to Trump Eight arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your Trump Eight Balance, which later will automatically cover the production and shipping costs of new orders or the refund can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from at any time. Please note, refunds will not be made available to a different payment source, this is to prevent scams and fraud.
Please feel free to contact our Merchant Support Team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation through our Order Issue Submission Form, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
